UX/UI Designer

CrabNebula is a company built on the vision of enabling individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses to sustainably build, develop and distribute their multi-platform apps to mass audiences.

At CrabNebula, UI/UX will be responsible for working with product leaders to design and develop visual concepts and user experiences across several business areas. We are seeking an experienced and passionate designer to join our team. You will be working within a technical domain, at start-up scale. Our customers are engineers, engineering leaders, business and product stakeholders, all distributed globally. We're interested in the right mindset over previous experience; the way you approach a problem, search for answers and validate an option is more important than what you've done before (or where).

• Create visual elements such as icons, logos, original images, and illustrations to help the teams deliver high-quality products.

• Work with leadership to design layouts for applications, including the selection of colors, images, and typefaces.

• Create responsive designs that work across numerous devices and platforms (i.e. desktop, mobile, tablet)

• Quickly prototype design solutions for review, testing, and handoff. Be able to translate low-fidelity prototypes into high-level designs and strategies.

• Proficient with design tools (Figma, Miro)

• Prior graphic design experience (portfolios/samples)

• Ability to work across multiple contexts
